The people born blind cannot see dream images. What does it tell you?! Remote Viewing, Astral Travel, Astral Projection, Spirit Voyages, Oneironauting, Yogic Dreaming, Spirit Traveling, Mind Traveling, Conscious Dreaming, Conscious Ayahuasca Voyages, Transcendental Rebirthing, Holy Dreaming, Body Mortification, OBE, NDE, Eckankar, Psychonautics, and whatever other name this practice comes under, all these things have one thing in common; a person has to seemingly ‘exit’ his/her body to function either in a dream, travel the ‘other’ realms or explore ‘physical’ reality. There are many techniques to accomplish this (like redundant rope and umbilical cord techniques).

One thing we all will agree on; significant part of our consciousness and life-force (ki, chi, prana, mana, vril, nayatoneyah, ruach, baraka, etc.) stays with our sleeping body, as opposed to total departure at the time of death. This results in low awareness and reasoning power of a projected consciousness. Often total nonsense makes sense in a Dream World, especially at low level of awareness.

So, let’s examine in detail what happens during LD, AP, or OBE.  We know (or should) the conscious mind does not know how to create images of the Dream World; it is subconscious mind that does all the dreaming. Even highly conscious person with developed Intent does not create virtual images. He/she Intends and subconscious mind executes. There is a gap between a physical and subconscious world. It is not a physical gap but just a difference of frequency. Once this gap is bridged our waking consciousness enters a dream world. Two things are here important to remember; once the door is open the traffic can flow both ways, and second, sub-conscious mind ‘thinks’ in live tridimensional pictures 24 h a day. The second we are on the other side, our subconscious mind, in much less than a millisecond creates a hologram- your dream world, ‘OBE, remote viewing or Astral projection’. Only a practitioner with very high level of consciousness, life-force, and powerful Intent (the one that has nothing to do with thinking and emotions) is capable of fully controlling a Dream World.

 Of what use is it to you to remotely view some Russian military installation, or astral project to your neighbor’s bedroom, except to build up your ego? While this is ‘possible’ I would further explore the reality of it. While Lucid Dreaming has been proven scientifically, it never happened for OBE, and Astral projection.

While near Death Experiences (NDE) are well documented; is there another explanation possible for those phenomena? See, our subconscious mind creates the images from receiving sensory input, let’s say in an operating room of a hospital. It relies on all the senses which still scan the physical environment if a person did not sink deep. Not only five senses but also on another forty, most of which are on subliminal level. (just like there are angelic dreams, there are also demonic, and neutral, depending on persons mental makeup)

 The Desert Christian Fathers of North Africa, for the first three centuries of NE called it the ‘Body Mortification’ when they would all night long battle the Demons while in caves or enclosed in tombs. (nowdays that would be called Darkroom Retreat) 

And then there is Scalar Pointholding, a method that enables you to straddle two worlds; dream world and waking world simultaneously…

Over the time I have come across dream work practitioners spitting at each other, while in my opinion we are all exploring the same thing, just on different levels.
