There is no real difference between LD, AP and OBE, the ‘difference’ is our belief. When we ‘travel’ inside our subconscious mind, if we chose to travel in southerly direction (down, dark) we WILL encounter some ugly, nasty stuff. Deeper down it gets super-powerful and primordial. Of course, we can “travel up” many levels and reach unbelievable beauty of angelic realms. BUT we should not run away from that ugliness nor should we get sucked in by stupendous beauty. We should be able to rise our consciousness to the point where we can sit in a dream and meditate, shut all our dream senses, exit on a deep end, and see what is beyond dreams. Without that there is no freedom. We are stuck in a LD, AP, OBE con job. Dreaming, lucid or non-lucid, should be optional…

For the majority of us who have had so called OBE experience, in the real time, and in the “real” world, the one question ‘always’ remains: “was it real?” It certainly felt real, unmistakably real, even though we were floating about separated from our body. Author Anthony Peake after an exhaustive investigation has, to his surprise and disappointment, concluded that the out-of-body experience is not actually a perception of true physical reality. Peake finds anomalies in every proof indicating that what is “seen” is an internally generated hologram that closely, but not completely, resembles the real world. …. Thus, he concludes that the “mind’s eye” is always tuned inward. I will definitely concur with him. If we are able to hold a vision where we OBE-d, and examine it in minute detail we would notice many differences between the real location and a counterfeit we are dreaming. The problem lies in insufficient energy, lower awareness and the strength of Intent-the one above thoughts and emotions, all of which make proper examination impossible.

Well, sympathetic effort is linear, the harder we try (exert energy) the more likely are we to succeed. Parasympathetic ‘movement’ is not linear; it is spiral. We might succeed today or 20 years for now. But spiritual Enlightenment is ongoing forever. Door closes for the energy to work behind the scenes, just to emerge at higher level in the future. When energetically down, this is the best time to undertake conscious meditation. Problems are there to be overcome…..
