Emotional control is essential for Lucid Dreamers. We can express emotions, and we can suppress them. But it is not commonly known that we can harvest the energy of emotions…. Excerpt from ‘33Pillars of Life” …In the English language, there are more than 400 words assigned to emotions and sentiments.
Emotions are subjective experiences; an experience that elicits strong emotions in one person might have little effect on another. The word emotion comes from the Latin word “emovere”, in which “e” means “out” and “movere” means “move.”

Human emotions are complex. They express positive or negative reactions to external and internal stimuli. According to modern psychology, emotion, behavior and cognition influence each other. Thus, each emotion distinctly affects human motivation, nervous function, learning, physical acts, physiological arousal and communication with others. Sadness, for instance, is an emotion that causes a person to cry and withdraw from social circles, while surprise is an emotion that causes a person to sigh and raise their eyebrows, and the emotion of anger causes trembling and aggressive behaviour.

Simply put, emotions are the feelings of the mind, the equivalent of what physical sensations are to the body.
For the humans who cannot control their emotions well, instead teaching them how, the medical system prescribes pills, tons of them.
The active ingredient in pain killers numbs people’s emotional reactions, In the United States alone, about 60,000 people are hospitalised every year due to acetaminophen related liver failure, not to mention thousands of other effects, from other pharmaceuticals. If we know that our mind-body system can create any drug instantly, this is even more ridiculous. Why body–mind does not produce it, every time internal drugs are needed, is another story.
Try this for logic. Supra-conscious mind creates existence; Consciousness creates body with its senses to be able to perceive this existence. Exactly like it is in the dream world. As for God = SuperConsciousness; it is creating everything there is this very moment; it never begun, it will never end…
…Even “he” comes in 3 = Father – Son-Holy Ghost…
Here is what we KNOW….. Sexual organ is very powerful energy centre. It creates life. White Tantra approach should be considered. Hara (used by Samurai) is our “second brain” and unlimited storage of energy. Heart a centre of emotions ( which are 30,000x faster than thoughts), voice box ( “in the beginning there was Word”) , brain, the reasoning centre, but also location of reptilian and mammalian brain, with its many glands like Pineal, which can produce DMT and any other chemical in existence, like hundreds of endocannabinoids used in over 90% of bodily functions…
When inside a dreamscape it looks more real than waking reality. The question can be asked, WHERE did dream space, dream-time, dream objects and a dream subject come from??? We claim it is OUR dream, but we (ego) do not have a slightest clue how to create all that. So called waking reality is created by the same faculty creating dreams and on the same principles…
CREATOR creates every millisecond. That is “his” job. In this universe only change is absolute.
If it was, He/Her/IT, he would have to be made of SOMETHING and that something would be PRIOR to ‘him’. That which we call God creates everything including time, space and everything within it.
You would agree that our senses are indirect. Let’s take a look at sight (all other senses operate on the same principle) Light (electromagnetic wave) bounces off the “object” enters your eye, converts into chemistry in cons and rods, then again becomes electromagnetic impulse traveling along the optic nerve to your brain, where SOMEWHERE it creates a picture of the World. So how do you see it if image is in your head??? Secondly, the original object off which light bounced could have been your head or even brain (open brain surgery with a fully conscious patient done with acupuncture). We here encounter a problem; was chicken or the egg first. I stated universe is of the mental nature; even science states the universe is made up of 99.9999% empty space. They are still looking for a god-particle, and will never find it …and not even then. Nothing was first, for the TIME and the SPACE did not exist (yet). Creator (super-consciousness) IS CREATING time, space and everything within it every millisecond. Existence is created by the same faculty which is creating our dreams; principle is exactly the same ( you ‘see’ with your dream eyes just like you ‘see’ with your waking eyes…..Creation of perceived and perceiver takes place simultaneously. One cannot exist without the other.
As for the bacteria, not only do they have mind, they also have subconscious and superconscious mind, just like us. They live in communities, build things and have sex lives. After all, 90% of human genome is in fact bacterial. On and in us live over 600 trillion living beings; without them our body would not live a minute. Well over 50% of our body-mass is bacterial. We could learn to be a bit humbler.
Yes, this is so for ordinary dreams. But it changes for the Lucid Dreams. It definitely changes for mutual or group dreams, then folks in your dreams are not necessarily you. Dreams and so-called waking reality are made of the same ‘material’ and by the same faculty. Consciousness creates a body automatically on any level it finds itself, for no perception is possible without it. It is our job to make it fully functional; one day we will have to give back this body to Mother Earth.
Oneness does not exclude 2-3 or many. Man does what is possible, God does what is impossible…
All we need to do is to treat the Existence as being of the mental nature and physical deception disappears. Granted; believing it and living it is rather different story. “Spiritual Nature” is just a mental concept, words that mean many things for different people. If we called it Consciousness it would be clear what we are talking about. Yes, SupraConsciousness is the source of all existence including ours. It can never be experienced as an object but it can be ONE with.
As for our brains, they are just a screen our senses project on.
Also, there is no ’at long last our reawakening’ for masses. This happens to very few individuals after determined and concentrated work.
Bodies are only possible within time and space. In Absolute Consciousness (Clear Light) there is ‘nothingness’, and a spiritual being will not abide there for long.
To illustrate; The holiest man on earth died and went to Heaven. God gave him the choice where he would live and appointed Angel to show him around. Holy man has seen all corners of haven but he also wanted to see hell. After arriving back God asked him to make a choice. Holy man replied; ‘Please God incarnate me to the bottom of hell; it is there where my help is needed most.’
“So called Oneness is not in any way separated from infinitely many. It is one and the same thing.
There is no such a thing as the ‘only reality’ for we are multi-level beings. We have a physical body and it took many years to make it functional to a degree. But we also have a Dream body that can be made functional. Because everything that exists, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual (superconscious) comes in 3s, we have a Spirit body also. But it needs to be made functional. (in a same way that babies born under water swim immediately; but put them in the water just few minutes after dry birth and they will drown. In a same way, like we have to learn how to swim, we can learn how to use dream body and spirit body. Opportunity for Oneness will come at Death. Meanwhile there are many beautiful things we can learn and DO. For eg. All our physical senses can be greatly improved (see my article on Tetrachromats)
Oneness cannot be grasped, but it can be experienced, NOW and HERE. So ultimate Truth is not beyond our understanding; unity of OUR subconscious, conscious and supraconscious mind understands it perfectly.
Love, joy and happiness cannot be given; everyone has it within them. For love to be it has to be hooked with hate. Destroy ability to hate and you have destroyed ability to love. Happiness without sadness is not possible within time and space. Oneness is Unconditional Love, but then there is no Other.
We call this world (earth, water, fire, air) one of chaos but it is in fantastic order. Chaos is the fifth-element, the one underlying the other four.
